ATV Tour in Cabo with Camel Ride
I think it’s important to introduce this activity by mentioning that camel riding itself is not bad. There’s no reason to believe that, like for horses, transporting people is harmful to the camels.
Therefore, this activity becomes ethical or not based on how the animals are treated in the day-to-day by the tour operator.
I extensively researched Cabo Adventures, the tour operator that provides the tour below. Previous travelers say that it seems like the animals are well-treated and taken care of. As for the operator, it states that they were rescued from a circus in Texas.
I haven’t personally been on this tour, so I can’t give a personal opinion on whether the activity is ethical as it seems to be. I recommend people to do their own research and decide what is their stance on the matter before booking an activity.

I have only researched this tour operator below, so I can’t say whether other tour operators that provide this activity treat their animals well. As far as I know, it’s the best ATV tour in Cabo to get to interact with camels responsibly.
